This fund adopts a diversified investment strategy focusing on sourcing and evaluating public and private fixed income products, specifically in areas of specialty financing, senior/subordinate real estate backed debt, factoring/trading financing, direct lending and corporate bonds, offered globally, to provide investors with a stable and consistent dividend yield through the market cycle.
Compounder Fund (Open-Ended)
This fund focuses on long-term investing in equities around the world. The investment strategy is to find Compounders – public-listed companies that are able to grow their businesses at high-rates over the long run – through holistic fundamental analysis, and holding onto their shares for years. The fund aims to generate a 12% annualised return over the long-term (a 5 to 7-year period or longer).
Asia Tech Fund VCC - Asia Real Estate Fund (Open-Ended)
This fund aims to deliver consistent returns for investors of above 12% IRR across a diverse portfolio of real estate projects in Asia. The overall objective is to continually identify and acquire land for development and/or existing real estate projects at any stage of development cycle with potential to grow in value or provide consistent income over the long run.
VC Vision Capital VCC - Vision Capital Fund (Open-Ended)
This fund focuses on long-only global equities. This fund aims to deliver superior, sustainable, compelling long-term (over five years) returns for investors by investing in the stock market, specifically in quality, durable, and innovative compounders that can grow profitably and durably well for a long time at high rates of returns.
Cambodia Development Fund (Closed-Ended)
The fund's investment strategy is to partner developers with proven track record to invest in forward-looking property projects in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to cater to a growing demand for quality residential, office, hospitality, retail and convention space to provide locals, expats and businesses to tap on Cambodia’s roaring economy growth potential for the next 2 decades. As the fund has reached the end of its investment horizon since its inception in Jan 2020, we are now in the process of striking off the company, with a target completion expected in 2025.

Yes. Based on MAS regulations, we are only able to serve AIs or Institutional Investors now. As part of the on-boarding process, Investors must also opt-in and read the consent provisions listed here to be treated as an AI to be able to participate in the Fund.
For Individuals
- Net personal assets (“NPA”) exceed S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), but net equity of primary residence capped at S$1 million of the S$2 million threshold ; or
- Net financial assets (“NFA”) (net of any related liabilities) exceed S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
- Income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
- A person who holds a joint account with an Accredited Investor, in respect of dealings through that joint account.
For Corporations
- Net assets exceed S$10 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) ; or
- Entire share capital is owned by one or more persons, each of whom is an AI.
For Entity (other than a corporation)
- Net assets exceed S$10 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
For Partnership (other than limited liability partnership)
- Each partner is an AI
For Trustee of Trust, when acting in that capacity where
- Trust property exceeds S$10 million in value (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
- All beneficiaries of the trust are AIs; or
- All settlors are AIs and have settlor reserved investment powers and revocation powers.
