Q: Must Investors in our Funds be an Accredited Investor (AI) or Institutional Investor?

A: Yes. Based on MAS regulations, our license only affords us the right to acquire AIs or Institutional Investors. As part of the on-boarding process, Investors must also opt-in and read the consent provisions listed here to be treated as an AI to be able to participate in the Fund.
